We pledge to strive and serve the community, enable and empower with best education, health and wellness. Upon catering to these necessities, we aim to inculcate in our fellow men and women, the novel thought and need to respect and conserve nature and her resources, help their fellow individuals, and perform activities, drives and initiatives towards the same, with the ultimate goal to achieve a balanced ecosystem of enlightened individuals and serene nature around us.

shri NAGENDRA SINGH ROY
Nagendra Roy is on the Advisory board of Swasti Sansthan. Based out of Atlanta - United States, he runs a global technology company - AANSEACORE - Specializing in providing IT Consulting, Custom Application Development, Cloud Licensing, Global Talent Acquisition, and Non Profit Consulting Services worldwide. Nagendra also served as a global servant leader for renown Not for Profit Professional Organizations like PMI (Project Management Institute) Atlanta Chapter. He is known for his extraordinary passion and efforts to give back to communities globally, while also enabling them with technology to make them more efficient and productive.
shri NARAYAN SINGH RAO
Mr. Rao is currently working as a Director in “Ravi Infrabuild” Projects Pvt. Ltd. In Udaipur, the State of Rajasthan, INDIA.

He and his brothers have been awarded by Rajasthan State Government prestigious award “BHAMASHAH AWARD” for developing a new Government Secondary school in their hometown – village Aidana, Rajasthan.
As a Chairman of Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, he continues to strive for clinical excellence, personalized care and medical services that are responsive to the needs of the society.
DR. ANVARHUSEN KALUBHAI BILAKHIYA
He spent two years Postdoctoral research in Erlangen -Germany and Toulouse – France. He has published six papers in his research credit in reputed international journals published by American Chemical Society, Royal Society of chemistry, Elsevier etc, and attended several international and national conferences.

He has vast industrial experience in several industries and currently working in senior position in well-known agrochemical industry. He has two daughter, wife, parents and sister in his family.

DR. RAJYAVARDHAN SINGH ROY
Dr Rajayavardhan Singh Roy is the Founder and President of Swasti Sansthan. He is known for his extraordinary talents, brilliance, ideologies and community service.

He is a role model and a guiding force for many universities, colleges, students, teachers, parents, patients. Dr Roy has committed his life from an early age, towards serving the community in all possible ways that he could. From volunteering to leadership, he has stood as an inspiration and role model to both the younger and older generations.
He served almost all the governing bodies in academic and health care sectors, in several capacities at the state, national and international institutions.

Dr. Ravindra Singh Roy is the Secretary of Swasti Sansthan. He is a renown personality in the field of Organic Chemistry, beside also being an Entrepreneur. He is a humble professional with a strong spirit at heart to help others in need. He ensures that the organization's board is moving in the right directions, as per priorities. He ensures the right activities are focused on at the right time, from leadership to volunteer levels.
Dr. Roy is a charismatic professional, a philosophical thinker and a person with high morals and values. He is an excellent orator and influencer, always guiding his teams towards the right direction and the right mindset. He is a believer that a sound mind always resides in a sound body - stressing on the importance of health and wellness. He has also been running a wellness center for the past years, helping the local populations work on their health and fitness.

yatindra singh roy
Yatindra Singh Roy is the Treasurer of Swasti Sansthan. He is an M.Sc. gold medalist in Bio Technology and is currently working at a HR Leadership capacity by day. He is someone who brings fresh perspectives to the team that can motivate the younger generations to participate in Community Service Activities. He manages the treasury and financials for Swasti Sansthan, and also constantly strives to bring in efficient ways of leveraging organization finances for maximum output and returns.
Yatindra is an innovative thinker, always thinking of was and means to improve Swasti Sansthan's Campaign Responses and Efficiency, with the ultimate goal to ensure help reaches more people in need.
